❓Challenge

How can we make access to support/ life-saving content on topics like mental health, prison re-entry, food security, connecting with community & innovative tech for frontline workers more accessible & engaging than ever before while making it easy to maintain & build upon.

Our organization, IslamicFamily, has more than tripled in size since the last major revamp of our website in 2017. We have rebranded, expanded services, and have a tonne to share but our content is scattered. We have…

  1. Internal content (notion.so)
  2. Single page sites (Qwilr) - used for white papers and launching/sharing ideas quickly
  3. Program Sites (Squarespace) - used for allowing different programs to have their own feel
  4. Online courses (RISE articulate)
  5. Store: Canadian Prayer Rug (Shopify backend) - need to expand to sell other services like catering, and short-run products
    1. Online donations via FundraiseUp - there is an opportunity to improve the donation process by through the creation of a more optimized donation process
  6. Current website (white label CRM).

We want to seamlessly organize our content and pave the way for LLMs, chatbots, API integrations with other service providers and use SEO & social media to help staff and community find & share authoritative answers.

We are looking for a future looking partner who can unify our work and help us deploy new content quickly and beautifully.

📙 Introduction to RFP

IslamicFamily is issuing a request for proposals to qualified website design and development agencies to create two user-friendly and visually appealing websites on a user-friendly platform:

Interested vendors may choose to submit a proposal for Section A, Section B, or Section A and Section B.

The process of bidding involves two stages. The first stage allows interested bidders to submit a short video (~5 minutes). Stage 2, IslamicFamily will review the submitted videos and select bidders to submit a full proposal.
